Cellar for up to 15 years. Decant for 1 hour or more before serving. This is the signature wine from one of Catalonia’s finest wineries. Although the region of Priorat is often overshadowed by Rioja, it is swiftly becoming the go-to location for affordable yet excellent red Spanish wine. This one begins with a precise nose of blackberry, plum, orange, tobacco smoke, and liquorice. It was made from a blend of Carignan and Grenache. Mas Doix was founded in 1998 by Valenti and Ramon Llagostera. The winery’s vineyards span the cooler side of Priorat, in the shadows of the Monsa
