Located in the McLaren Vale wine region of Australia, Mitolo Wines is a winery founded in 1999 by Frank Mitolo with the collaboration of Ben Glaetzer, who left the business in 2020, replaced in production by winemaker Luke Mallaby. The company makes a wide range of white and red wines, including some from Italian grape varieties. As with Mitolo's other wines, the Shiraz grapes come from the southwestern region of McLaren Vale, specifically from the heavy, clay soils of Sellicks Hill. Afte
