Today, the estate is in the hands of winemakers Nugzar Ksovreli and Thierry Fontannaz, who focus on the country's indigenous grape varieties, creating wines of great intensity and elegance. Saperavi grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards over 30 years old, located in the Kindzmarauli and Kvareli microzones on the southern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains in the Kakheti region. H
